Kindly arrange in advance with the box office staff any special needs including wheelchair accessible seating. We make every effort to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests.
Cell Phones
Please consider how a ring from a cell phone or light from a text message affects those around you, especially in a dark and silent theatre. Please turn off all electronic mobile devices, and absolutely no text messaging allowed during a performance. Anyone using a phone during a performance may be escorted out of the building without a refund. Thank you for being courteous.
Restroom Locations
A single ADA restroom is located in the lobby. Please allow priority of this restroom to those who need it most. Multiple additional restrooms are located on the second floor of the Garden Building. To access the restrooms by stair, go through the lobby double doors near the concession area and acsend the grand staircase. Continue down the hall and make a left. The restrooms are directly on the right.
Miscellaneous
No refunds. Please refrain from bringing cameras or recording devices to the theatre. There is no photography of any kind allowed in the theatre. Due to the nature of live performance, events, performers, dates and times are subject to change. There is no smoking in the Garden Theatre.
Please note: No toddlers or infants under the age of 2 will be permitted to attend shows in the theatre unless specified.
